AGYA book launch and debate on self-conceptions through cuisine by food scholar and blogger Anny Gaul (Arabic & Islamic Studies, USA), Malakeh Jazmati (Chef and Author, Berlin), and Julia Hauser (History, Kassel, AGYA alumna) with tasting of Hummus recipes from the 14th century and of today’s fusion kitchen.
